Where is my pre order content?

I pre ordered Premium and was given a code which i added to Steam but i have nothing in my game.. What is going on?

The skins you can find on the weapons workbench but onlywith certain gear is it posible to put that skin on *was not worth the pre order* the other stuff like the sound track and book you acces in your steam liberary. On the left side of your liberary page there is a slider menu, this one allows you to see tools and music. You just have to check on the boxes that pop out of the slider menu

There is a 15gb part to instal as part of the pre order.

No i don't have it anywhere and the files aren't even in my Starfield folder.. In my DLC all it says is Starfield Premium.

i bougt the game from humble bundle and HAVE activated the key called pre order dlc, which steam aknowledges i have redeemed so i have no idea what to do either, i can't exactly make a steam support ticket to ask about it so i made a ticket on humble bundle in hopes of them telling me anything that could help
if i find out anything then i'll be sure to share here <3

The soundtrack and art book are under the "Tools" section of your library, and must be installed. They should make this more clear, or at least make a sticky post here.

Problem is solved now. Interesting enough, if you bought it on steam you had the content on September 1st, all others today
