But in a 1.5G world, it's really just a small leap.
Starfield requires MUCH more focused builds than Skyrim, at least early on. If you want to do elite stuff with a jetpack then you need to go hard into the relevant skill trees.
Also, check your local gravity. If it's too high/low then packs won't function like normal.
But yeah agreed, even if you mod your jetpack and invest in the jetpack skills it sucks.
At first I wasn't going to bother with it, I am not great shooter and flying just makes it harder, but now love the things, I carry few in my inventory, skip for travelling, power to get up to places better and I haven't used the 4th kind to test yet.
I am sure once fully modded they can do some things, also saw some assault booster skill but didnt really read it yet.
