Haha. Sad times, isn’t it?
A Flawless widescreen plugin.
Have a look if you're not afraid of third party software.
I would add
- Poor character interactions
- Poor voice acting
- Companions without motivation or souls (they are mules)
- No core RPG elements (mechnics/features)
- Action genre feat system, that locks you in and prevents freedom and player agency
But to be honest, many of the above are standards in Bethesda games, but with all the rest you listed, it just tips the scale over to shocked customers.. The game feels like it should have released back in 2005, if it had been, I might have still owned it, well maybe.
Someone who doesn’t have anything better to compare this trash to would say that, yeah.
I get it, people can still have fun with it, sure. But the fact that remains is if people keep buying trash and scavenge fun out of it, there will be no incentive to make better products. Trash is what we will continue to be offered.
I mean, that would be nice and all, but it still wouldn’t make it an rpg.
