would like to say "NO, you also need all the peripherals around as in every PC-System"; it might run if you tune it down, i´d recommend the DLSS-Mod from Nexus for your RTX-Card, it gives you more performance.

Im running a 2080ti and an i5-6600k... it's a hard no. Im aware I have a software imbalance, but still isnt an excuse. My experience is move 10m, freeze 5 seconds, repeat. Ive tried all combos from disabling AMD and enabling Nvidia upscaling, to every new mod that comes out claiming to solve the issues. It is a hot, disgusting mess for some of us Nvidia users.

You have a quad core without hyperthreading.

Those issues are entirely on you having a CPU that thinks it's from 2010.

Yes, the game runs horribly, but a quad core without hyperthreading is below the minimum requirements.

Using hardware below the minimum requirements invalidates your opinion.

That CPU is holding your performance back, way more than you may realize, not just in this game.

Yes, it can.

I played it with the same CPU (it's K, but not OCed), with 1660ti and 8gigs of ram. The only real problem was I installed it on HDD. After moving it to SSD, it was more than playable on 1080p and medium.

I don't know what everyone is on about, it runs fine (considering how old the components are). The only issue I can report, is yes, game slows down (i'd say every 10min for a few sec, but that's it; CPU usage hits 100%.

And oh, no upscaling or whatever, no AMD BS, things like that set to OFF.

Buy a new PC. Everything is just bad.

You say so...

But it can still run games that are more fun, better technicaly than this POS.

To answer truthfully, yes. Kid plays this on a similar build, and it works fine, though he does have to set it all on Low for the most part.

Not this gen games, you are running a pentium CPU by today's standards. Sure it might be a decent 30fps experience with dips for you but imagine the yo-yo of FPS you would deal with if you tried to pair a 2070 super or a 2080 ti with that CPU.

On low = yes.

I play on xbox, but also have tested it on an 6600K with 32 ram and a 1070ti and was still getting 40-50fps max, but on LOW settings.

You have a point. But the answer is the same- game is playable, 40-60fps.

It ddoesn't matter anyways, only an idiot would buy a new PC to play abominations we are getting in past few year.
