That's just silly. Game looks great, and I'm on an RTX 2060 with great performance at medium tweaked, with DLSS mod.

That sure doesn't help. It's probably why the game is so badly optimised and resource hungry compared to other games that look just as good or better. The engine is struggling with patch and tweak upon patch and tweak to keep it going.
