Breaking the Bank

Siren of stars, I came in and just killed everyone and then it says to talk to Rokov after getting the Galbank Credentials but when i try and go to speak with him. he just attacks me and I cant continue the quest, what should I do, don't have any good saves. HELP , no way to reset quest... maybe if i die??

Go to New Atlantis
Steal something and get caught
(Make sure to store all your pre-existing stolen stuff first)
Go to jail
Go back to Rokov = Fixed
