Blast Zone mission bug?

I got an activities mission called Blast Zone.
When I go to talk to the guy, all he talks about is the apartments he is trying to sell.

Anyone had this issue, and a fix?

i had to have him list the properties then say goodbye to him for it to function. Now im at a bug where the rocks wont spawn for me to destroy.

Same - the rocks don't seem to be spawning....

Yup same problem for me. Love the game, but too many mission bugs

If you get the rock not spawning bug you can skip this quest stage by using this command: setstage 0003DC10 300
Tilde ` to open console on PC

I checked in with the guy again, and now it worked.
Don't know if it was fixed, or maybe there's a level requirement or something.

Has he come up with similar solutions to other bugged missions? Delinquent Spacer Ship is a prime example

I found a fix for this quest when the rocks do not spawn on Reddit. Go to Venus, rest for 24 local hours and return to Akila and the rocks will spawn. It worked for me.

This seems to work for a lot of players. It didn't for me. I think because (if I recall correctly) I mined those stones before I has the quest....

Wat worked for me was playing the game as if that quest does not exists. After a (long) while the rocks respawned.

I, however, mined those rocks on my first exploration round in Akila and totally forgot about that I mined those and waited until the rocks respawned and I had something to report.

And now I completed a completely new game, with a new charcter and guess what - not a single achievement, maybe because it have been disabled by the other savegame where I had to use a consol command to get over a Bethesda broken mission. uuuuuhhhhhhwiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
I might take years to find it funny playing Starfield again, and guess what SKYRIM was exactly the same!
