will my pc run this better then my xbox x

both my pc and xbox are hooked up to the tv. im not sure which system to buy this game on. i have the xbox series x and my pc which here are the specs i have NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz, 16 GB i just wanna buy the game 1 time and not sure which route to go. the specs say u need a ssd for this game is that true or a best case type of thing. the pc has a ssd for windows but all steam games are loaded onto 2 separate 4 tb hard drives

Yes but add memory at least 32mb nobody has only 16mb nowadays
