Honestly at anything above 1080P you'll struggle to get reasonable frame rates. This is no real criticism of your PC, rather that the game is very poorly optimised at the moment, especially for users of Nvidia GPUs.
If you have a HDD forget it 100%, if you have a last gen ssd (500mb/s or so) it might be playable but you'll have low fps ànd long loading screens.
But that's just an estimate based on nothing but my experience with the game and the card separate from each other. The 1060 is a good card but I don't know if it could pull a playable experience out of the game. maybe people will upload their experiences with the card on youtube
Major limit there is your CPU. Graphics card might cause crashing when ever the cpu clogs up.
If you got your cpu over clocked it should be fine.
They're not kidding with the min specs here, so looks like my already lowest of low end machines is finally getting totally geriatric :D
I must level up or change my computer then... to play it.
Then i m not going to invest.
