Out on a limb quest *spoiler inside*
This quest is clearly missing an option, like reporting Emilio, i am working for UC after all.
Since i don't want to do an illegal quest, i can just forget it...
I hate to have an unfinished quest in the quest tab.

Failed, but since what he is asking me to do is highly illegal, we should have the option to arrest him, something like that.
