I'm stuck

I'm Playing right now the crimson fleet line and i'm stuck in the Prison can somebody tell me how i can get out of this abandonned prison? i have the quest right now to secure the shuttle bay but i cant find a way to the shuttle bay just found the way to the fright ship in this Hanger with an roof opening what is closed right now ohh and i found this Nasty bug queen who was very hard to kill and almost killed me can somebody please help me out of there?

i back tracked to before i fought the queen an stayed on snow an use the gravity power to lift it in the air an killed it that way i killed all the small ones first too after the queen died it put the quest marker on the shuttle an the hanger doors opened

I restarted the whole misson and after this it worked sometimes this mission seems to bugging out on us XD
