Drill waste key!

I have been looking for this for the last 2 days, going back into the cydonia area "abandoned mines" - within which is several master safe's and i looted everyone there, checked every container and area and i cant for the life of me find the key i need to progress inside it called "drill waste room key" and i dont wanna cheat or use unlock command - does anyone know where this thing is? Its driving me crazy.

I got the key from Lou by clearing Percival's debt.

Ah, that entire area is part of the UC vanguard questline. ignore that locked area until you are sent there by a quest.

Ah man I'm a little high right now but lets see...plus that was way earlier today lol But I believe it's the United Colonies mission about the terramorphs. You have to take a tissue sample of the terramorph back to a guy who has a big debt that you have to clear to either bring him out of hiding or get Lou to to tell you where he is. Lou is a bartender at I wanna say the sixth coyote bar or mabe another one there lol And don't ask me where that was lol Mabe Cydonia (off the top of my head)
