The Hammer Falls
Seems this quest is bugged for me.

Completed, no achievement, did not get Eagle Star ship. Quest says complete and got every other reward except the ship.

Anyway to force complete or just add the ship from console command? There wasn't another step to get the ship right?

Had to reload to when I was in hopetown. then no fast traveling, had to get in ship and travel to Akila and land then it worked for me at least.

I usually save before accepting a quest. Daggerfall taught me that.
Have you tried this? Or it´s hardlocked?

I don't get the quest after completing the previous one so freestar faction the shrimp only faction iam not finish
