I'm having a problem with habs not linking to one another (I put 2 3x1 on top of each other and they don't link vertically).
Each piece of the ship should be weighted by mass as you put them together. The lighter it is the better. If you can find the lighter piece with better crew capacity/thrust/cargo space/etc for some extra credits or cheaper - use it, because it will allow you extra ship speed/LY speed and crew space the lighter your ship is.
To make this trickier, it appears the "attach" option is missing on controller. You will need to use a keyboard to do it or bind a key to "g" on your controller (like on the steam deck)
Bethesda WILL NEVER FIX THIS. They will leave it to the modders just like they did in Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout 3 and Fallout 4.
There is a way to decorate and design the interior. I don't how in depth it is, but apparently there's a piece you can get later on that allows you to customize your interiors.
You can build a giant behemoth using more tubes on either side, I stick to only three of them because of weight.
Don't know what your talking about. I haven't finished the game yet though.
