is that done by adding a library in steam?
Using File Explorer:
Press Win + E to open File Explorer. In the address bar at the top, type or copy-paste %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Starfield\ and press Enter.
Using the Run Dialog:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.Type or copy-paste %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Starfield\ and press Enter or click OK.
Either method will take you to the "Starfield" folder inside the "My Games" folder in your personal "Documents" directory. If the game has been installed and has created this directory, it should open without any issues.
you just create a txt file and rename it to starfieldcustom.ini
even the pcgw instructions say so, try reading
