Fixed performance on 3070 Ti activating ReBAR

Now in New Atlantis I have 50-60 fps, space fights 70+fps and in-doors 60-100 fps with the following settings:
2150x1440
Graphics preset to HIGH
Render Resolution Scale 62%
VSync OFF
Upscaling FSR2
Sharpening 70%

My PC specs are:
RTX 3070 Ti
i7-9700K 5.0 GHz
16GB DDR4 3200 MHz
NVMe M.2
W11 latest update
Nvidia latest driver

Before downloading profile inspector you need to activate ReBAR on your motherboard so search a little on google and youtube to see tutorials on "how to" depending on your manufacturer. It's easy, you just need to toggle a few settings from bios.

Download Nvidia Profile Inspector
-search for Starfield
-at section 5 Common set the following:
-rBar - Feature Enabled
-rBar - Options 0x00000001 (Battlefield V, Returnal etc.)
-rBar - Size Limit 0x0000000040000000 (Battlefield V, F2 2022 etc.)
-right top side: Apply changes

Size Limit 0x0000000c800000 works better for me from what i can see.

I am having small stuttering like every 3-4 seconds when I enable ReBar:

I have the same issue with an MSI GP76 RTX3070ti I7-12700H and had to disable rBar with NV Profile Inspector. Cannot find any thread on this issue.
