Ship service technician in Neon ?

Cant found a ship service technician on the Landing pad in Neon.
There are just a group of normal Technicians. BUG ??

yes but that only has Stroud Eklund parts, i wanted to see what unique parts the neon ship service technician had to offer.

Swimming Ship Techs..... The tech at Cydonia tends to wander WAY out into the desert... The tech at Akila seems to do the same thing. Makes it hard when you have a delivery for them.....

You can use the .moveto player console command to summon any NPC to where you are standing if the game bugs out like that. It seems to happen to a lot of people with ship technicians, so I went around and collected all of the "ID's" for all of the ship technican's in the game.

TO use it, you just type "0015636E.moveto player" in the console (without the quotation mark), replacing the ID number with the correct one for the NPC in question. Here are all of the ID's for every ship technician in the game that I could think of, other than Jazz (Crimson Fleet), because she's dead in my game so I couldn't go get her ID.

There is no Ship Technican in the Building. As well you can not buy the Warhorse Ship by Stroud or Tanyo.

This sounds like the New Atlantis bug if you've somehow moved home starport to Neon City. Did you happen to change home ships at a starport or register a new ship just before you notice the technician missing? See the below, last 30 minutes.:

Missing people and especially floating markers happens often in the game, for me it was the terrormorph attack quest, where the 2 targets floating in the air miles away from new atlantis , i had to go there and then they fell down and died .

He's not there, he disappears after a few hours and never comes back. I also have a package delivery mission for him and the marker points to the sky...

I have the same problem in Neon.
Yesterday I did "0015636e.moveto player" and ship technician spawned before me.
After talking with him, he wandered off and I have followed him a bit...
till he jumped off the platform and right back in the sea for swimming.
That was a lmao.

Should have followed him to kill some Chambass to make aurora.

Just a heads up, using the move.to commands will disable achievements on steam if that matters to anyone. I had to do this to finish the same delivery quest, hope they fix it in an update.

While we wait on a fix it is best not to take on the Parcel Delivery Quests. These quests are the reason these ship techy's go awal.

I have had it a couple of times now and for my current char i have lost the Cydonia ships techy, one of the beter ones to loose vs many of the others. At least on mars your able to find the techy, all the way out on edge of map. It even floats and dropdown when you get close enough.

Too OP

Your out of luck for this run as it is the neon one he wil be all the way out on the edge of map deep under water. Too deep for you to acces him. Not a real game breaker dont wory, when you go NG+ things resest and the techy wil be back on its spot.
