Awful bugs as expected "Alternating currents" quest help in this post

We all knew this game was gonna be a buggy pile of crap lol so on the "Alternating currents" quest... the 45a fuse box toward the end... i clicked it and the audio of the quest progressed to the next part but the blue icons and in mission quest did not progress. Looking for a work around thanks.

That's what you consider a major bug? I've played like 30 hours and that was the only quest I've had that was a bit bugged. Just move on with it to the next location. You don't need the check box to complete it as long as they said you did that part you should be fine.

Just go to the next one until the mission finally updates. You'll be fine.

Literally one of the least buggy games I've played all year.

Game is awesome. Going to easily spend hundreds of hours in it.

"The only quest I'VE" - you arent the only one playing the game and yes i have 2 friends that havent had a bug yet.. There are many other people that play the game that have disappearing quest icons, halted quests, glitches, etc.

See this is what happens when people OVERLY white knight a game based on their single experience. It's not about what you experienced... people make posts so that others can help them and give them information. Literally not one thing in your post had the goal of helping my problem "just go to the next mission".. yeah i did lol... this is me asking for a possible WORKAROUND (if you could read what i wrote). If you don't have one then don't post. You only posted to defend a game that I didn't even say was bad.. i said it was buggy.. and thousands of other posts confirm that.

Not everyone has had a smooth a time as you. I've experienced several bugs including this one. When you are trying to immerse yourself in a game that is supposed to be an RPG, it gets annoying to have to stop playing to go investigate when you run into an issue like this to determine if you are just doing something wrong or if there is a bug with the quest.

I'm literally having the same problem as the ops described. I even watched a YT channel that shows the same steps I've done and when I first "activate" junction box 47b, nothing happens other than the switch moving up and down and the light turning red to green and vice versa. I got no further dialogue until I went outside and the ♥♥♥♥♥ lady offers that I give her any "evidence" i find. But yet the blue icon that indicates where I'm supposed to go next still takes me right back to junction box 47. How is a player supposed to know where to go next if it only tells you from the audio dialog and you happen to miss it and there is no other place where it explains it, not in the mission log menu, not from talking to the first lady that starts you on this quest, NOTHING. So how am I supposed to "go to the next one" when there is no indication WHERE THAT IS?

So yes, I agree with the OP. If a mission is so broken as to require you to go hunt down a solution to it, that is a MAJOR BUG. So is exiting the lodge while over-encumbered (I mention this because I'm not sure if that might have been the cause or not) and when getting outside everything renders except for your HUD, you can move in ANY direction and all you can do is turn around, but you can't re-enter the lodge either because every time you click the button to do that you just get an buzzer sound and clicking tab, esc etc. DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The only way to fix this is to exit the game and re-enter, putting you back at the save point just before you entered the first prior to grabbing all the items in your room and becoming over-encumbered.

Every game you have you have like only 14 hours played, even huge MMORPG's only 14 hours so what kinda troll are you?
If you dont like it, dont play it, no one cares about your opinions .
All the Youtube vids I have seen look amazing, the live streams Ive watched amazing.
The list of mods already for it, amazing.
Come the 6th, this game is going to kick off.
All those console kids that missed out or couldnt afford well...boo hoo

its not actually bugged though. yiou have top power down the box then head up to the residental district and the quest continues, they tell you what you have to do.

It is bugged for me as well. Its not letting me use the elevator to get to the surface so I can continue the quest.

give me ur luck. I noticed from the forums that several parts of this quest is bugged it seems. I also went outside but my quest log and blue icon markers were still on the previous step. That was my hope though... let me just go outside and hopefully it will trigger. But it never happened sadge.
