Docking On Scorpion Hunter Attacks me right away.

On the mission where i am Docking on the Scorpion, once i enter the Scorpion the Hunter attacks me right away even after saying we would do a cease fire. Anyone else having this problem or anyone know the fix? Have reloaded before i got the mission the leads me to the Scorpion in the first place but no luck.

When I enter the Scorpion, Hunter starts shooting after 2 seconds, and I can´t use any weapon.

Found the solution:
I slept for 24 hours first and then entered the scorpion. This time hunter was peaceful
