Ahh you are forgetting the CORE Tenet of Bethesda... why put something in, when the community CAN.. an WILL do it for you.. All of their games are barebones.. waiting for the day someone adds in the actual CONTENT via mods.. give it a few weeks.. will be fixed!

Tbh the lack of rotundness was one of the first things I noticed when building my character. I even spent about 10 ENTIRE minutes working on growing my characters flat barren ass to no avail...
