@HerrElscheud do you use any mod? or this bug appears without mods?
Some bases have these doors, and if you have the 'hide helmet in breathable areas' option enabled and you enter a base with airlocks and reach a point where you can exit the base, it bugs your oxygen, making it so that planets with zero O2 don't harm you.
There are also airlocks that are incorrectly placed, for example, one side is from space to the base, and the other side is from the base to space. I found a door that led to space, and it treated it as if I were entering a base, so it wouldn't put on my helmet, but if I went back, the helmet would be put back on. However, since the game detected that I was in a base, it would remove it again.
I'll leave a video of the bug I found.

Solution: If you encounter the same bug as me and become immune to zero O2, look for an airlock or pressure door, go in and out multiple times until it puts on your helmet, and remove the jetpack. For some strange reason, it doesn't detect that you have a spacesuit if you don't have a jetpack.
