Bug: Failure To Communicate Quest

Description:
After talking to Alban Lopez he ask you to fix his satellite. The quest marker leads to a random spot on the planet with no satellite.

Expected:
The quest marker should lead you to the satellite.

In mine, albanz is entirely not responding to me talking to him.

i did this quest. the marker led me to one satellite, then 3 more. it seemed to work correctly.

It's led me to a satellite with a quest marker but it's not giving me the prompt to repair it that I've seen in some videos.

I given up that save and enter another system hitting the mission seems like it's random radiant or lvl bound to happen seens the mission ships seems to level with my level.

By the time I got to the end of this quest, I couldn't complete it. After finishing the last part of the quest, it's just stuck.

EDIT: If you're at the end of the quest like me and stuck because quest markers are bugged, try to find the elevator in the startstation.

you have to get within 500 meters and hit the e key, centered on the target with which you want to react. that's true about anything in space, like docking, looting space debris, etc.

no i reload an earlier save

ugh. i also cannot talk to him but i picked this up hours ago when flying through the system so loading an earlier save isn't an option.

I did the mission but on the last station clearing, the entire families turn hostile after I complete the mission.

I cleared the Space Station 1st because I was coming back from the Mantis mission and was not aware that I had to go to the planet first.
So the station is marked clear and I can't talk to Lopez, marker is there but no dialogue.
Went to his planet, he isn't there, went to satellites, right next to them and no interaction.

This quest is dumb, tried doing this mission at level 14 and was getting my ass kicked by a level 30 ship, a level 10 ship and a level 4 ship. I'll do this mission late when i have a better ship with a good shield and ship parts to repair my ship.
