"talk to Sergeant Yumi" Bug

When I talk to him, he just says "Captain.", or "What can I do for you Captain" and nothing else the quest never updates, any tips on how to fix it?

Nope, still has an objective over his head even after the spoilered quest with the same objective of talking to him is completed.

I can't talk to him because he becomes hostile when I enter the office. Any advice? I was also using cheats but no luck.

Dunno guys, i've just go on a secondary storyline and Yumi got fixed. Maybe I'm just lucky

I ran into this issue with another NPC, it seems that main and secondary storylines can tie up NPC's. When you clear the part of the storyline that's tying them up it should let you interact with them again. Specifically for Yumi clearing "Eye Witnesses" unlocked him for conversation again. I hope this helps.
