Also, if you move your mouse cursor all the way up against the left or the right side of the screen when you have black bars (like in the inventory), even though the mouse appears as if it's mostly butted up against the edge of the black bars, it acts as if the mouse cursor is moving "behind" the black bars (as if the black bars are just painted on but not actually blocking any mouse movement). This makes clicking things on the left and right edges slightly annoying as sometimes you'll move the mouse too far and it'll be "hidden" behind the black bars for a moment.
