4k all max settings, what hardware can achieve 60+ fps?

I think this game deserves to be played on all max settings, and also on monitors that are 4k or larger. What specs can handle 60fps for those settings?

Without any upscaling of course!

i7-8700K (I know its outdated at this point)

but I get around 60FPS with drops to 50 in the capital New Atlantis. It would probably be more consistent with a better CPU, but I will wait with a full system upgrade.

it seems nvidia 50 series are going to be released in 2025, so 4090 will be the top till then? Will there be another card that might go beyond 4090 before 50 series?

The game doesn't look that much better then Fallout 4, 60-90fps on a 4090 is ridicilous.

There you go, this is exactly what Bethesda probably made a quiet deal on with Nvidia, so people start screaming for another card when it should not be needed.
