Is there a boob and butt slider I’m missing?

I understand all western society is hellbent on making women ugly, for… reasons. But is there a slider that makes my female character have more personality? I’m not looking for huge anime wife tiddies but right now she’s basically a flat board. Pretty sure some of the fat male NPCs loafing around New Atlantis are thiccer than my character.
