Terrible Input Lag

Does anyone managed to get rid of the input lag ?

It's most likely caused by the missing exclusive fullscreen feature and I honestly hate it. What setting could I tweak to reduce it as much as I can ?

What's your fps? It really depends on that, but I do agree the mouse feels "off".
I tried adding bFull Screen=1 to the .ini but it made no difference...

Im hovering between 60 and 80, it dips under 60 in crowded cities but I dont mind it. But yea it's probably also an fps related issue, but it's crazy that stable 60 isnt enough to prevent input lag

What the ♥♥♥♥ is wrong with you lol, the game is awesome and I love it, I just find the input lag horrendous and im looking for a fix, and if I didnt have the game I wouldn't know that the game lacks Exclusive Fullscreen feature. You're a complete schizo my guy

It's bad on series x. Feels like resident evil 4 remake when it first came out. It was better after they optimized the joystick dead zone. Still a great game though.

Experiencinh same issue i jave a 13th gen i7 and 4080 i play at 1080p so my frames are at 120. I use xreal. This is a serious topic and this sorta bug has existed since fo4 and other games. I think the old solution was fullscreen. But this game doesnt have it

This was driving me crazy so I went down a rabbit hole today and tried everything. The only thing that made a significant impact was turning on windowed mode. I am using the new mod that lets me use FSR 3 and DLSSG together. 20 ms Input lag, 2k Resolution, Performance DLSS. Looks great runs great and over 100 frames on a random planet. Will edit if I figure out anything else.

Edit: Okay I think I know what's going on. If you're using G-sync you need to make sure it's on fullscreen and windowed mode inside nvidia control panel and then you can put borderless fullscreen back on, if not you have to play windowed. Must be like people are saying it's not real fullscreen. I usually have this enabled but I had it turned off and forgot about it.

Edit Edit: I noticed that sometimes your Input lag goes back up to 40 or 50 ms. If this happens I think it has to do with overlays being buggy with the frame generation mod. I just fixed it by turning overlay off, turning frame generation off, turning frame generation back on and then turning overlay on. My MS instantly dropped 20 ms, not sure if this was a real average or was just bugged. Either way it fixed.

Greyed Resolution setting for full screen is a result of your desktop resolution. The Dektop resolution will be useable ingame. so if your desktop is at 1920x1080 you are limited to this. If your Desktop resolution is 3840x2160 you will be able to use this ingame.
Ps: Windows Scale 225% and 4K is looking like 1080p with more sharpness at your desktop.
Ps2: I had my USB Tv Modul in a wrong usb port. Starting it was above a minute. using another usb port and it became normal. so may be have a try with another usb port..i do not belive very much in that because a mouse do not need that much energy via usb port but you can try it.
