ROOK MEETS KING QUEST NOT WORKING

Hey guys,
I did the deep cover missions and also finished the portion where you have to collect the 3000 credit debt for Karl but after that completion the Rook Meets King quest did not load or pop up for me and now I am stuck. I tried reloading the game and everything. I need this quest to pop up so that I can go meet Naeva to meet the Crimson Fleet.

If anyone knows how to fix this PLEASE HELP!

Hello, had the same problem, tried different stuff to make the "rook meets king" mission work but even when i had the mission ID (CF02 or 000192D2) it wouldn't let me start the quest even with the console command, I nonetheless persisted and ultimately decided to jump the mission and
start the next one in the quest chain that is called echoes of the past (ID : 0024EEF8) with the following command : setstage 0024EEF8 1

Thank you! I just bit the bullet and went back to a previous save and it worked.

I'm having the same issue but loading any earlier save I have doesn't fix it. The quest never appears.
I also tried using console commands but that doesn't work for this quest. I then tried jumping to the next quest in line but when I land on Suvorov the pirates and Delgado are hostile towards me and I can't talk to him to continue...
Is there any way for me to fix this? I don't want to start a new character, I have over 30h with this one.
