Nope but I believe there is a vent in one of the suites that you can sneak through

I just Figured it out, you only have to go through the first vent. I also found sonny. Looks like He messed with the wrong people.

There is a magazine to increase carry cap by 5 kg in the same room sonny is in btw

Yeah I found it, really cool location to be honest. Wish after clearing it you could take possession of the home lol.

Just scan the planet from orbit. I was there for another quest related item (pirate captain) and when I scanned the Island POI showed up for me.
