Stutter and audio bug fix

I figured I'd toss this out here in case anyone else finds it useful.
I was having major stuttering as well as audio bugs where dialog wasn't synced with characters and music would cut in and out etc....
Well it turns out, the game ACTUALLY requires you to install onto a SSD.
Apparently it says it on the requirements or something.
I went to Steam settings and storage and moved Starfield from my HDD to SSD and BAM the bugs are fixed...
Now my game is running smooth and all the bugs are gone.

i installed it on ssd and had audio stutter but fixed it when stuck ssd directly on computer instead of using usb hub
