Can you edit your characters height in Starfield?

you should be able to do it in character creation, but if that doesn't work just use the setscale command like in most of the other creation engine games

damn :( i did that in skyrim and made my characters tiny for a laugh but also super tall, like 1.4 scale

This mod does not work for third person player scale. By reading the comments it did work up until the latest update.

I identify as a short person too but for some reason a lot of people seem to relate height to age in video games. So because people get bent out of shape about children no player can be tall or short.

What about games in rpgs that are gnomes or dwarves. Surely Bethesda just left it out because of laziness or they didn't want to make men taller than women. Not once did the "kids" thing enter my mind. That's crazy to be honest. Imagine removing height from reality because 1 in 10000 people are deplorable and think that nasty stuff.

the didn't "leave it out" or else the command wouldn't even exist the probably just busted it and didn't think it worth fixing the command works just fine on npcs
