Main Story broken - Moara Ship

Clear Ship of enemies - No enemies to be seen.
Ship also does not appear to have a cockpit with the only doorway being to the airlock and your ship.

There is another door in the room with the ladder you entered with. Took me a min to realize it.

took me a couple minutes too, it was damn dark in there.

went back to an earlier save, a long time before, redid the fight, the second door was usable in the airlock.
