Crimson fleet mission, stuck at clearing the shuttle bay.

Mission Echos of the past for crimson fleet, I'm at the lock and I've gotten to the shuttle bay and I cleared it of all enemies, but now I can't enter the shuttle, and the blue waypoiny is telling me to go back the way I came for some reason. But then wants me to go up and I can't. I just get farther away from the icon. Am I dumb or can anyone help? A map would be amazing.

Luke Stephens released a review that that Faction's Questline has a couple of game breaking bugs which stops you from completing it on a save file. Look up his review in youtube.

I apriciate the reply but I'm more looking for fixes so I don't loose 11 hours of play. But it's good to know I'm not alone.

I'm at the same bug. I have retraced steps back to the beginning of the cell block questline and back. Nothing. I've looked for phantom alien mobs that might prevent the game from recognizing the shuttle area is secured. Nothing. The only "autosave" or regular save that I have that is before this bug is wayyyy back before I even get initiated into the Crimson Fleet. Still working on it.

OK, I fixed it. I tried other things, like deleting quests (because when I put on the scanner, it showed the blue marker was for a different quest than the one I was on). I strongly suspected it was an alien trapped in a wall, so I tried opening the console and using "killall," which cleared the problem. And prevented me from credit for achieves. w/e. It's early in release, cut them some slack.
