FIX FOR AUDIO BUG AND EXTREME LAG SPIKES

Do you have delayed npc interactions, laggy audio and wierd annoying lag spikes?

I know this might seem like a no brainer, but i stuggled with this:

What i had done is accidentally installing the game on HDD. If you have done this your game will not be playable. You need a good SSD for this game. If you dont, then im sorry. But for anyone out there who repeated my mistake. There ya go.
