Poor air quality bug

Just got to New Atlantis and I have a poor air quality warning, it's not going away, helmet is constantly beeping...my character is now sick and constantly coughing during dialogue...

I had the same bug with a permanent "freezing vapor" environmental condition on every planet. The player.removespell fix above worked for me. I typed "help freezing" in the console to find the id code for the "freezing vapor" spell. Does disable achievements, but I'm not getting frostbite every 4 minutes.
