Step by Step Guide if you want english voices but german text.
1. Navigate to the Starfield Folder.
2. Create a backup of your language file, for instance, "Starfield_de."
3. Change the game's language setting to your desired text language; in this example, set it to German.
4. Open the "starfield.ini" file using a text editor and extract the following lines:
Starfield - Voices01.ba2, Starfield - Voices02.ba2, Starfield - VoicesPatch.ba2
5. Paste the extracted lines into your language file, for instance, "Starfield_de," and remove the previous line. Your file should now resemble the following:
[General]
sLanguage=de
[Archive]
sResourceLocaleVoiceList=Starfield - Voices01.ba2, Starfield - Voices02.ba2, Starfield - VoicesPatch.ba2
6. Now you can start your game and be happy about english voices and german text.
This trick can't be used for any language, starfield is supporting.
