1440p = 3,686,400 pixels
2160p = 8,294,400 pixels
It's about 44% the pixels, but 66% horizontal and vertical multiplier (1440/2160 && 2560/3840).
u have to take ur resolution and divide by desired resolution 2160/1440 = 1.5 (50%)
The option in the menu will be doing it the other way around. (50% on the slider @4K will be 1080)
FYI: 1.5 means 150%, that's called a downscale - super resolution.
