Now tell me how many asked for refunds. :steammocking:

That is a sad statistic, on so many levels.

I don't think anyone ever claimed the game would fail financially.

Where did you get this number from? It's significantly more that got premium edition. Just on Steam alone it was over 230k concurrent players last night. Probably at least half a million with premium in total on Steam since many haven't played yet as it released in the middle of the night. Then the people on console or gamepass (that can also upgrade to premium). It's gotta be way more than 258k.

Yeah, a lot of people must enjoy the lobotomized NPC's and the "♥♥♥♥ my pants" run animation.

I never knew that so many kids could get their mom¨s credit card and spend 100€ on a game...:steamfacepalm: Inzane, but THANK YOU, now the game prices will go up from now on becase of these, oh and Thank you! Because now i can just watch people play it on Youtube and never have to buy the game :lunar2019laughingpig: :lunar2019crylaughingpig:

Sales don't indicate success or failure from a "good product" standpoint. They only indicate success or failure from a marketing perspective.

Nice try though.

Enjoy your "poor man's ME Andromeda" then.

I bought it, beelined to new atlantis to see how it is, and refunded the game. (3070ti + 5700x) Overall the game runs like hot garbage unless you want to play on low/medium graphics.

-No DLSS or FOV settings in 2023? Brightness settings?
-Graphics are actually pretty bad tbh. Lighting is bad, planets look dull and New atlantis looks like garbage. Went to the edge of the city to stand on water and the graphics look like from a 2007 game if you're standing anywhere else besides the center of the city.
-Colors are dull and the overall picture is somehow dull looking.
-Space "travel" is lame
-having to load yourself everywhere without seamless transitioning is lame
-combat is missing all the umph. Where is the gore?

Only positive things I can manage to come up with are the weapon/armor variety and I didn't encounter any bugs in this time.

Overall feeling is that the game is very, very over hyped. Imo it definitely does not deserve all the praise it gets and in my eyes it really did fail.

Nah, that's not it. All the juvies are still trying out all the possible sex scene combinations in BG3. I tapped out on the one with... tentacles. )))
Starfield is too boring for them.

It's not really costing you anything extra when you think about the DLC and premium digital content that comes with it. You would only have to fork out for it later anyway. Throw in the EA and it's a bit of a good deal.

Sounds like they made money, which is the goal of all. Oh wait, so no one here has a job to make money? Gotcha.
