Walk Slow Option?
How do you walk slow.. its as if my default speed is jog.. cant walk to save my life.

Caps Lock ... that's the default key mapping ... can be changed in the settings

so this is odd. somehow i got regular walk speed, the normal slow one... if i caps lock i get a fast jog, with shift a full on sprint. if i want to get back to the fast walk speed... no idea how. I see 4 speeds...

1. walk (slow)
2. walk (fast)
3. jog
4. sprint

Im currently stuck in 1 unless i caps lock, then im in 3. I want 2 back.

Technically you can include sneaking in there as well but yes.

What I suspect is happening is the OP ran into a bug some people have reported happens where they get stuck in encumbered mode.

Map “Hold to Run”. It is absolutely counterintuitive, but holding that down actually causes you to walk slow.
