That means
activate = first key "E", alternative "Num 0" does not work for Num 0
activate = first key "Num 0" alternative empty does work
I didn't actually get as far as testing. The "forward" key is bound to several other actions and quickly got very complicated when attempting to remap them. The same also for "back" "left" and "right" (actually, trying to remap the "right" button refused to allow an alternative button). I gave up because I do not want to go over the "you've played for 2 hours and therefore must like the game" restriction imposed by our overlords. So, I'll either attempt a refund or consign it to my "try again in 6 to 12 months, see if there's any improvement" list. Good luck Buktu
This is why fit-girl exists. Try before you buy.
That usually works for all Bethesda games.
BGS has always been a controller over M&KB company thus why they have keyboard mapping issues and bugs with it. i have found any company that designs their game this way does the exact same thing.
