I'me getting constantly 55-60 FPS whenever I go on 1080p screen with my 1080 Ti. RTX sucks.

Like with pretty much any game, people are quick to just blame the game or their gpu's when something else could be going on.

The fact is you could be running any number of background and 3rd party programs that could be interfering.

Also what cpu do you have? How much ram? Are you running many background programs that could be eating up cpu/ram?

The fact is on low, people with 1070's are playing fine and people with 3060's are claiming 60 at 1080p.

So its either your settings are too high, or you have something else going on with your pc.

You expect a game to work at 1080P 60 fps on current and last gen cards.

The game has extremely bad optimisation.

I struggle to break 60fps at 1440p with anything above medium & 50% Res Scale.

There are many trolls here that will argue otherwise and tell you that your system is sub par etc etc. But the fact is, it's just unoptimised. I saw red flags the instant they said they were locking the consoles at 30fps with no option for a performance mode. That for me screamed issues optimising their game.

I feel like when you're paying such a premium for video games, bugs aside, it should at the very least run well on the most common systems out there. This kind of thing doesn't really happen with any other type of media. But developers will do this because consumers still fill their bank accounts through excitement and hope. (me included) sadly.

The amount of people that own the best of the best hardware is such a minority.

3060 ti, running completely maxed on ultra with 100% resolution scale @1080 and it mostly sticks to 60 except new atlantis it's in the late 40's.

what's the rest of your pc like..?

That is a flatout lie cconsidering Nvidia cards on ultra are broken.

Agreed. I'm on a 3070 and a 5600x and I'm sitting at around the same, if not a bit lower.
