User Interface Icons/Names and Ship Aim, Ghosting/Lagging badly.
In space the ships aim and icons and names are running at what, seems like 15 fps while the 3d game is high fps. This does not seem to happen on ground only in space. Making mouse control feel awful.

If anyone else comes across this, someone just released a mod to fix it:

https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/270

Pay special attention to the instructions. If StarfieldCustom.ini doesn't exist in your Documents/My Games/Starfield folder, create it yourself.
