Open your Nvidia Controll Panel on the Desktop, go to 3d settings and then to Programmsettings.
Search for Starfield in the first tab, if its not there, add it.
If Starfield is selected go to tab 2 and search for Vsync and deactivate it.
Then try to start the game again.
let me know if it worked. =)

Thanks for your help...but it didn't work for me. Still have to open it via task manager.

This works only for one gamestart. My problem were the settings. I have an NVIDIA GPU and in the settings was an AMD setting on. After right settings the game never crashed again.
This works.
For the next Bethesda game, you'll need a degree in computer science just to install it!
