For anyone else, no need to download anything.

Open Documents\My Games\Starfield and create a new file called StarfieldCustom.ini

In that file put the following (with your desired FOVs)...

[Camera]
fFPWorldFOV=120
fTPWorldFOV=120

Usually you just open command promnt and type fov 100
But if it doesnt work then nexus stuff is the only option.

Does it affect weapon models?

Something weird is going on with the weapons; like they change their physical position based on the width of the camera. So yeah, the weapons get moved down below the screen, unfortunately. We'll need yet another mod to fix that.

I edited that down to 100, better than the default 75 and seem to be working fine. 120 is weird for this.
