Can't open console?

For me it worked with "ò"

I had the same problem, I have spanish keyboard and english enabled on my windows pc, When It wasn't working I had it selected to the spanish version so the ~ button wasn't the right one. If you have a different keyboard like me, this could be the problem

I had the same problem, I have spanish keyboard and english enabled on my windows pc, When It wasn't working I had it selected to the spanish version so the ~ button wasn't the right one. If you have a different keyboard like me, this could be the problem

i had the exact same problem...in my case (Spanish Keyboard) nothing worked unless i activate the english keyboard config. that fixed it and by pressing the button underneath the ESC/ next no num 1 it worked. Hope it helps.
