FIX launch with sound but no image

If you launch the game and have music but no image, you can't alt-tab but the miniature in the taskbar show an image, use this fix.

In the properties of the game, in the general tab, change launch command line option and add "-fs".

Assume means "fullscreen" - But nope, doesn't work for me. :(

Probably has to do with not saving the window size or something, so maybe adding
iSize H=1080
iSize W=1920
under [Display] in StarfieldPrefs.ini will do it. (Of course match your own res, and the settings do use a space like that.)
