Another Game That Has to Build Shaders Every Time

I already built the shaders, why is it doing it again? Forget playing the game, you'll be waiting an hour every time you start it up.

That's strange i never had to rebuild shades after initial launch..

The game only once have build those shaders for me. After that never again.
Maybe after changing the drivers it has to be done again, but that's about it.
If your game rebuild drivers every time it starts, there is something really weird going on in your system. Maybe incompatible drivers or something?

If you updated your GPU drivers, that's why it had to rebuild them again.

It doesn't need to do it every time you launch the game.

If you update your gpu drivers or delete the cache it will have to recompile.

It does this to me every time too, no idea why. Could this be an amd issue? 6700xt here

Are you using any mods or sfse? I played 60 hours without it ever once rebuilding caches, but once I started using mods and sfse, it started doing it every time I launched the game.

I have an Nvidia 2060 Super, so it's not an AMD issue.

Usually it’s from driver updates. Or how it goes with elite at least. Nvidia pushed bunch hotfixes out in a row or something maybe?

only time I had to download shaders was the first install and again after a gpu update took like 10-15 seconds each time

Might need to if people uninstall and reinstall drivers. Forza games always "optimize for PC" when doing that.
