I don't understand why the streamers always have zero issues

I am not a streamer and have a 12900k/RTX 4090 system. The game not only runs like crap but also has no HDR, no FoV slider and forced mouse acceleration. Black levels are extremely raised making it look super washed out on my OLED display.
