Set Film Grain to 0 (Fix Flickering lights on Screen)
I was getting a flickering light on screen and the graphics looked bad, found a option in the display settings called film grain, set it to 0 and the flickering went away and also game looks way better. just thought i'd share if anyone else was having issues.

Anyone who doesn't automatically turn off film grain in games gets what they deserve.

Film Grain been a thing for years in games yet no one uses it, it looks bad, why even put it in?

it's like motion blur and depth of field..first options to turn off. I don't understand why developers think these options belong in gaming.

Film Grain, used properly adds detail into otherwise flat low res textures. The trick is to use it in small amounts that you can only tell it's there if you look hard enough for it.

Like tuning a subwoofer volume. If you can locate the sub, then its too loud; like using MSG, if you can tell it's MSG and not salt, you over did it.

For 1080p, you'd want 25% or less Film Grain, 33% at 1440p and 50% at 4k.
