It proably is on 1080. I was going to upgrade my monitor when I got a new 3080 the other year. That never happened.
I also have a suspicion that ram speed is going to play a big factor since the game uses such a huge chunk of ram.
Ill actually bump the shadows and AO to maximum if I can still keep above 30.
You CAN get about 55-60 FPS on a 2060, but I've noticed you have to play at 1080p resolution, but I can't figure out how to play in 1080p resolution at fullscreen since the game is forcing me to keep it in window mode for some reason.
Plays on 1440p and is surprised that his 2060 can't push 60 fps on a new game. Just lower your in game resolution to 1080p dude.
